Going to the pool is not all about looking cute, you can actually burn a tremendous amount of calories. You know how I talk about the amazing benefits of cold showers, the pool has a similar effect on your metabolism. The major difference is the pool is actually better because you’re in the cold water longer. Swimming for an hour can help you easily burn 800 calories. The more effort you put into your swimming the easier it will be to burn 1000 calories an hour swimming.
I don’t know about you ladies but I was the double dutch jumping queen in my day. The only problem was there were about 5 other girls waiting for a chance to jump so I could never do this for an hour straight. Good news is now I’m an adult, I can buy my own rope, and jump as long as I want to. The great news is, so can you! The average woman will burn approx. 800 calories jumping rope. The more effort you put into your jumping as well as the consistency, you can easily burn 1000 calories jumping rope, are you excited?
Yes ladies, going rock climbing on a date is an awesome idea! If the date is horrible, at least you are able to burn 1000 calories in the process. I love running because you can completely control the calories you burn with your speed. The faster you run, the more calories you will burn. Running at 7 miles per hour for an hour, can help the average woman burn close to 1000 calories.
