My main focus is to help my clients reach their goals in a healthy, fast, efficient, and safe way while having lots of fun. I believe you have to enjoy what you do in order to continue to do it, so my job is to make my clients fall in love with healthy living. With my traveling gym, you can have the comfort and convenience of working out at home. You also have the option of training outdoors or at a gym. You will learn to live a happy, healthy, and enjoyable life as you train with me to achieve your goals.

Who is “PrettyKeli” and What is your Name?
My name is difficult for most people to pronounce, so everyone calls me Keli.
PrettyKeli is a name I came up with using my maiden last name and the first part of my first name.
I created this name in order to create my Fitness Youtube Channel
Why did you become a personal trainer?
After achieving great success with weight loss myself, I wanted to become more knowledgeable about fitness in order to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
Depression, rejection, and simply missing all of the opportunities that comes with being unhealthy and overweight is something I want to prevent others from going through.
I became a personal trainer to change lives, save lives, and make life better for others.
Do you enjoy training?
I Absolutely LOVE training, this is my Passion!
Every morning I wake up extremely happy and excited to see my clients.
Every night I go home developing clients programs to make their results better.
On weekends I read, study, and travel to learn more about different fitness techniques, and tips to share with my clients.
Does anything come with your training or is it just workouts?
Nutrition guidance is a huge part of my training.
My clients keep exercise and food journals in order to help me get them the best results possible.
We also do grocery shopping trips which helps jump start my client’s healthy lifestyle.
Most of all, laughter, fun, high energy, and results is the reason my clients have not only hired me, but are still working with me after years, and months of training.
Where do you offer training?
I train most of my clients in home, so wherever my clients feel comfortable is where I train.
We can Train in a Gym, in home, outdoors at a park, or even your office.
Being open to so many options helps my clients eliminate excuses and achieve their goals while having fun.
Locations – Manhattan (NYC, New York), Brooklyn, The Bronx, Queens, and Jersey City. I also travel out of New York State for clients who travel and have special requests example: celebrity clients
Are you certified and Insured?
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer (NASM).
I’m an Insured Independent Personal Trainer.
Do you have a Specialty?
I’m currently a “Womens Weight Loss Specialist” and a “Womens Fitness Specialist”.
Currently working on becoming certified in Golf fitness as well as a few others that will really benefit my clients and make their workouts more diverse and fun!
I know you’re a female personal trainer nyc but why do you ONLY train females?
I train Women because I am a woman so I feel I relate to women more and understand our bodies more.
I really want to be able to focus on being the best female personal trainer nyc and by only training women I feel I am able to do so.
What is the age range of your clients? Who do you mostly work with?
My clients range in age from 13 year old girls to 72 year old women.
Most of my clients have Knee, Back, or Shoulder injuries.
I also deal with clients who have arthritis.
It has been a pleasure to watch their pain subside after our workouts and their fear of injury diminish.

Are there clients you will not work with?
During the fitness assessment we will get to know each other a little better and one of the main things I look for is someone who is serious.
I refuse to work with clients who are not serious about achieving their goals.
Becoming a trainer isn’t all about the money for me, I truly care about my clients, I could never take a person’s money and watch them slack off.
So in order to avoid the stress of watching someone not put in the effort or continue to eat unhealthy and live an unhealthy lifestyle I choose to only deal with those that are serious.
How long are your sessions?
My sessions are an hour long but I am not a clock watcher. If we need extra time for better stretching, correcting, or repetitions I will always do it.
I schedule my clients with enough space in between to allow for extra time during sessions. Most of my sessions last between an hour and an hour and thirty minutes.
What can I expect during the Fitness assessment?
You can expect to share your goals, visions and troubles with me as well as hear my plan for correcting every issue and getting you to your goals the fastest yet healthiest way possible.
I will put you through a couple of physical tests to help me figure out where we need to start as well as what we need to work on.
Having this information will help me come up with the best workout program for you.
We will also go over your current eating habits and I will help you figure out how you can fix them.
You will receive a journal with instructions on how to document your diet and exercise.
We will discuss your goals as well as the things that have prevented you from achieving them in the past.
There will be a health questionnaire as well as questions about your everyday lifestyle.
We will take measurements and do a weigh in during the assessment as well as every week we train in order to track your progress and make changes when needed.
It will be fun, informative, and exciting because it the fitness assessment is the beginning of becoming the you, you deserve to be.
Can you explain your rates?
I train clients 2,3,4,5 or more times per week for 6, 12, or 24 week contracts, this ensures commitment and that healthy living becomes a lifestyle for my clients.
I also offer single session options for those who travel and aren’t able to make a schedule commitment.
