Weight Loss Boot Camp for Women

Weight Loss Boot Camp for Women

Weight Loss Boot Camp for Women

Hey Ladies, I’m thinking about starting a weight loss boot camp for women and doing it once or twice a year. It would be setup like a retreat of sorts where you would learn how to eat properly, exercise, and simply live a healthier lifestyle. You would be in a very relaxed and enjoyable environment free of temptation and distractions. I would want to do a giveaway on my youtube channel for women who can’t afford to come to be able to win tickets and a spot in the camp.

Before I jump out of the window with this idea I have a few questions for you ladies about my potential Weight Loss Boot Camp For Women:

  1. Would you be interested in attending a weight loss boot camp for women?
  2. Where would be an ideal location for me to host it? (Florida, New York, etc.)
  3. What would you expect / like to gain from the experience?
  4. Would you want me to hire a personal chef, or would you prefer for me to cook and show you how to prepare your meals in order to help you lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle?

These questions may seem small but they will help me make a decision as to if I will be able to start PrettyKeli’s Weight Loss Boot Camp for Women. Not sure if that will be the name of it or not, just thinking out loud.

The other issue is I’m not sure how many spots I should have available in the camp. I want to be able to give every woman in the camp individual attention as well as the normal group activities and I won’t be able to do that if there are too many spots. What would be an appropriate number of spots to have available?

Thank you all so much for your help! I’m currently in New York and the idea came to me from a family member who needs help losing weight. She said her main issue is with motivation and sticking to her weight loss goals. She asked me if I would be able to be with her for a month in order to help her lose weight. I’ve done a survey on this site before asking women what their biggest weight loss struggles were and it almost always came down to motivation.

I feel like a weight loss boot camp for women would surely be the answer to the motivation problem. To be able to be there and help you physically day and night will increase your chances of success tremendously. They say if you do anything for at least twenty one days it becomes a habit. The camp would last at least three weeks. This way you will have enough time to develop great lifestyle habits and lose an amazing amount of weight.  I would give the women in the camp all of my tips, secrets, and tricks to weight loss (all healthy of course) and watch them achieve results they have only dreamed of.

While I wait to hear feedback from all of you I will be contacting companies for sponsorships and goodie bags for the participants of the weight loss boot camp for women. I would like to send all of the participants off with things that will help them continue to live a healthier lifestyle. Please share with me some of the things you would like to receive in your goodie bag if you attend.

Here is a list of some of the ideas I have for the goodie bag:

  1. Motivational Weight Loss Books
  2. Home exercise equipment (dvd’s, dumbells, jump ropes, etc.)
  3. Exercise clothes (yoga pants etc.)
  4. Juicer

Please share with me some of the items you would like to receive in a goodie bag so I can have a better idea as to what you may want. So Ladies with all of this being said I’m going to give this weight loss boot camp for women a chance by collecting all of the feedback from all of you. If it’s not something you all would be interested and I don’t get a big enough response, my goal is to have a contest and take a small amount of women (maybe 1 or 2) on an all-expenses paid weight  loss trip and help them individually achieve their goals. So, let me know! I love you all!

Awesome Sylvia ^_^ I was considering Houston as a location to host it. The awesome thing about it is it’s in the middle of the country as opposed to doing it on the west coast or the east coast where people would have a long distance to travel. Thank you for your input I truly appreciate it ^_^

I know this reply is kinda late, but I thought I’d leave it anyway so you know that there’s at least one more person who supports this terrific idea. ^-^)b

With that being said, if you held the boot camp in Houston I would be SO HAPPY! No seriously, I’d probably cry big fat tears of joy. :’D I live in San Antonio, so it would be uber-convenient. Florida would be cool too, since I’ve been dying to visit my home state again for the longest time, but I doubt I could afford that. ^^’

But no matter how you decide to do it, I think it’s a wonderful idea that a lot of people should get excited about! As for the number of spots that should be available, I’d say five to ten is a good number. It’s not too many, but it’s not too few. And you should totally include green tea bags and a cute water bottle in the goodie bags. <3

And lastly, thanks for always being such a great motivation! ^^

Yes count me in!! Location idea I just thought about was Florida because a friend of mine told me they have several islands and that could be a perfect place to be away from unhealthy distractions for a while. Also for another goody idea: a couple of recipe cards of the life changing meals and snacks we’ve had. This is an amazing idea thank you for sharing it, I hope we can really do this!!

Thank you for your awesome ideas! I’m actually considering relocating to Florida so that would be very convenient. The Island idea is spectacular! Such a calm and peaceful environment for a weight loss boot camp. Distractions will not only be eliminated but I’m sure unhealthy things will be the last thing on everyone’s mind. You’re awesome Cheyenne thank you so much!

I think New York would be a great start. I know plenty of women interested in a boot camp but they are discouraged by the cost. I would also recommend healthy recipes in the goodie bag. If you chose NY keep me updated :)

I love love love this idea! Personally I love Florida but I’ve never been to New York to even compare the two. I would hope to gain skills that are sustainable in and outside of dieting. I would also really love to learn how to prepare healthy meals for myself! I hope that this idea becomes a reality, it already has me so excited!

This is an amazing idea. I live here in the Bay Area and a class would be very helpful. Something not to expensive. Just an overall life style change. Can you please send me links on how to get started on this journey of yours. I have subscribed to your YouTube channel.

Go ahead girl. Do it! I’m closer to Atlanta right now so I that would be an ideal location to consider first. By the end of the year I’ll be in Colorado so you can try Denver or Colorado Springs (; Or you can do it next year in Dallas or Houston since I’ll be in that area… or how about just checking with me first so I can make the ultimate decision for everybody else k ;) My husband is in the military so I’m weary with travel, but not if it comes with prettykelli’s divine guidance to bettering myself.
