30 Day Weight Loss Challenge LIVE 

This challenge is all about breaking through mental barriers to achieve your goals. Whether they be health and fitness goals, career goals or something else, the ONLY thing stopping you my Pretties is YOU! Together we are going to make the impossible, possible by testing the limits DAILY!

I will be LIVE on my Weight Loss YouTube Channel for 30 Days

RULES – These are the ONLY rules, you can customize everything to your liking but these are the things you must do:

  1. Drink ONLY Water (no tea, soda, juice, etc. you can have a protein shake with milk if you like or mix a fruit powder blend in water but other than that? Just water)
  2. Listen Nightly – Listen to my meditation album on low volume as you sleep. You can place the songs that are in alignment with your goals
  3. Intermittent Fasting – Pick a time window where you can eat. Example 8am – 3pm. You can’t eat before that time or after. Do your best to eat as healthy as possible within that window. Do not snack, when eating sit down, sit up straight and enjoy your meal with no distractions taking your time to actually chew your food thoroughly.
  4. PUSH THE LIMITS – This is the most important part of this Challenge. Write down whatever you believe you can do currently do as far as exercise and then double, triple, or 10x your goals. Example: If you can do 10 pushups commit to doing 100. This way even if you only are able to do 20, you’ll still push your limits by doing 2x what you initially believed you can do, let’s do this!!! I’m so excited writing this I can’t even explain.
  5. Take a Multi-Mineral Multivitamin – Find a multi-mineral multivitamin that works for you. Lack of the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that we need makes weight loss a lot more difficult so this will eliminate that problem. If you want a high-quality affordable multivitamin you can use the one I’m using which is my own brand here.
