Water fasting, during this fast there will be NO food, only water for either 3, 7, 14, 21, or 30 days. It’s completely up to you. If you want to choose this option for a few days and then do option 2 or 3? That’s fine! Just go into it the best way possible and ease out of it the safest way possible. Intermittent fasting, now there are many ways you can do this. The way I find to provide the BEST results is when you set a 5-hour window of eating and stick to that schedule consistently for 30 days. Example: Eating window from 9am to 2pm, the next time you’ll be able to eat will be the following day at 9am. Remember, there are many different options for intermittent fasting, so do what you feel is best for you!
Healthy food Fasting, this is a great option if the other options seem a bit too hard for you at the moment. You simply ONLY eat healthy food and drink healthy drinks. Nothing fried, died and laid to the side. No soda, no artificial juice, no processed foods, no fast food. Anything that you know is unhealthy? Stay away from. Even seasonings, season your food with HERBS.
BONUS: Want to make option 3 a lot easier? Get a meal delivery service for 1 month. This way you’re not stressing about what is healthy and what isn’t. Or using the excuse of not having the time to make healthy meals. If that is unaffordable? Meal prep yourself! Keep you a stash of healthy snacks so if you find yourself on the go often, you won’t slip up.
