How to get a bigger bum – Big Booty Challenge
This challenge is pretty EXTREME pretties, so like with anything else you want to make sure you consult your doctor first to make sure this is something you can do safely.
First I’m going to share with you what I did to get a big booty in 7 days, and after that, you can decide what YOU will do.
I always tell you all to PUSH IT TO THE LIMIT, right? Set extraordinary high goals, so even if you fail, you still managed to do at minimum 2x more than what you believed you could do. That’s what I did.
My goal was to make my butt bigger FAST! So I went to each machine in the gym that I actually enjoyed and knew could get me the results I wanted.
On one of the machines, I knew I could do 100 reps. So I multiplied that goal by 10 and said I would do 1000
on another machine, I knew I could do 12 reps of 90 pounds. So I decided to do 5 sets of 12 increasing the weight by 90 pounds until I hit 540
I knew I could do a wall sit for 10 seconds, so I set a goal of 10 minutes.
and so on and so forth, but that’s the key.
Whatever you believe you can do, multiply that by 10, and then GO FOR IT! Even if you don’t hit that goal, but come close, you’re going to see results much faster and more amazing than you could’ve ever imagined.
