How to get rid of Double Chin in 2 days

This has been a highly requested video for a long time “Keli I need to get rid of my double chin. Well, I can’t help you lol Nah I’m
kidding. I had to actually gain weight in order to get the body shape I wanted. I wanted my chest bigger (I’m a K now) and butt
and thighs bigger so that I can show you how easy it is to take everything else off and transform, that’s coming in another video.
But In this post I’m going to show you how to get rid of a double chin in 2 days are you ready? Let’s go!

Ok so I’m going to show you all a total of 5 tips and tricks, I suggest using 4 out of the 5 to get rid of your double chin in 2 days!
Before we do that I want you to take a before picture just for you. Make sure your camera is at eye level, hold your head straight, and look straight into the camera. This will be your BEFORE pic. You’ll take your after in 48 hours
Tip 1 – For this tip you’re going to need Essential peppermint oil, EGG whites, lemon, and milk.
Mix two eggs whites with one tablespoon of milk then add lemon juice and a few drops of peppermint essential oil.
After mixing make sure to apply this mask around your chin and neck area.
Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with some warm water.
Do this routine when you wake up in the morning and right before you go to bed.
Tip 2 – Jaw Ball or hard Sugar-free gum
You can get jaw balls now for like $5 on Amazon, they’re super inexpensive.
Throughout the day, you want to use it randomly for at least 5 minutes.
You simply bite down and hold, bite down and hold.
It exercises your jaw which will get rid of your double chin super fast but no lie your jaw is going to be like “girl, are you kidding me?”
It may hurt or be sore for a little while but that just means it’s working.
Tip 3 – Do these 5 exercises 2x per day once in the am and once before bed for about 15 min
- Kiss the Sky 15 times: Start by looking forward, look up, kiss the sky.
2. Kindgergaten picture resistance pose: Hold your head up, place your fists under your chin bring your head down until you apply pressure on your chin, hold and repeat 10x.
3. Blow Fish: Fill your cheeks with air and then push your cheeks up and forward with your hands and hold for 15 seconds, do this 10 times
4. Nose Taps: Try to touch your nose with your tongue while holding your face straight. Do this 5 times
5. Get a mask, place ice in a washcloth and place it in the mask, let it sit under your chin for about 30 seconds. You can do this routine 2x per day as well but I recommend doing it at least once.
Tip 4 Fresh Melon Juice and Cocoa butter
You want to do this in the morning. Get FRESH melon juice and a cotton ball, use it to massage your chin area for 3-5 min and then rinse. Warm up a tablespoon of cocoa butter in the microwave, massage it on your chin area and go on with your day.
Tip 5 Wheat Germ Oil
Before bed massage wheat germ in an upward motion on your chin area for about 20 min
Start from the base of your neck, take your time and massage upwards
Leave it on your skin overnight wash it off in the morning and repeat every night for best results
